遠在西環的美味川菜

收工約了朋友在西環聚舊。突然想起想食川菜,於是選擇了這間十二味品牌的另一餐廳。

沸騰脆鳝片 ($228.0) - 微辣 Boiled Eel in Hot Chill Oil (HKD228)

待應上菜時視覺震撼,整道菜色澤深紅,份量十足,足足比土豆絲大了兩圈, 盤上滿怖辣椒和鱔片,;微辣湯底口味不算太辣,相信為本地人口味作出了調整,但依然十分惹味;鱔片質素也不錯,肉質較腍,脆身爽口,而且湯底的惹味已經混入到魚肉之中,令人食指大動,每口都是湯底的麻辣味道,十分出色!
I tried lots of eels before but mostly in Japanese style. Sichuan style this time! See the color here, dark red color, filled with hot chills. Eel chips’ texture was fresh and soft. More importantly, the hot chill oil was fully absorbed by the fish, great taste! What a lovely dish, must-try!
